Members’ Area – How to Access
Some parts of our website are reserved for Burton on Trent u3a members and are protected by a password.
How to access the members’ pages
- Open the members-only page
- Enter the password as supplied by email. A box will appear asking for a password. Type the password exactly as given (it is case-sensitive), then click Submit.
- Once the correct password is entered, the page will open. View the page. You can then visit other protected pages without re-entering the password during your visit.
Important notes
- You only need to enter the password once per visit.
- Your browser may remember access for a period of time.
- The password may occasionally change – we will mail you a new one if it does.
- Please do not share the password outside our membership.
If you have problems
- Check that the password has been entered correctly (capital letters matter).
- Try copying and pasting the password instead of typing it.
- If it still doesn’t work, please contact the Website Coordinator.

Burton on Trent u3a processes member information so that we can keep you informed about Events, Groups and activities as part of your membership. Burton on Trent u3a’s lawful basis for collecting this information is legitimate interest. In processing your information Burton on Trent u3a will:

- Use it to communicate with you as a u3a member.
- Share your information with group leaders/convenors for those groups that you are a member of.
- Send you general information about the Third Age Trust.
